Adventura Programs

Our program designs are based on your goals and objectives.
Adventura provides opportunities for people to learn more about themselves while teaching others what they know, how they see the world, and who they are.

The development of any experiential learning program begins with good needs analysis. Team building program design should include managers and directors. It is very important during needs analysis to take into account the business aims and culture of the organization as a whole as well as the individuals and teams.

The design of experiential learning modules ensures that they offer challenges of an intellectual, emotional and physical nature to the group. In order to achieve positive outcomes, the group must have the skills that enable them to collaborate, participate, plan, problem solve, make decisions and consider the role of leadership when appropriate. Therefore, team building as a function of experiential learning is a key component in strategic development. Experiential learning helps people explore concepts like patience, trust, feedback, listening, effective questioning, communication between generations and levels of management, risk taking, reflection and review.
Identifying learning objectives and building an effective experiential sequence serve as the starting line for team learning and development. As we come to understand your goals, we select and merge learning modules that have a proven history of causing participants to engage in working towards the desired outcomes. Learning modules build upon each other during the program providing individuals with new ways of looking at old familiar patterns, processes, and behaviors ultimately challenging historical traditions with innovation, creativity, and newly shared perspectives.

The length of an experiential learning teambuilding program is dictated by the group or team’s objectives and of course budget. Teambuilding programs can have a duration of hours, days or even months. Much depends upon the effectiveness of inherent teambuilding and whether experiential learning is part of a continuous strategy for improvement or viewed as a short-term measure. Whatever the duration of the experiential learning teambuilding program our objective is to help the group/team incorporate the learning into their own skill sets
